01. Load and Center of Gravity: Capacity drops drastically as the load is lifted. Always consult the load chart to avoid the risk of accidental tipping.
02. Safety Margin: Do not size the equipment exactly at the weight limit of your load. We recommend a margin of at least 15-20% to extend the life of the hydraulic system.
03. Lifting Height Precision: Identify the maximum shelf level and add a margin of 15-20 cm to allow safe maneuvering of the pallet above the rack.
04. Structural Height Analysis: Measure the equipment with the mast lowered. It must pass freely under doors, beams, or sprinkler systems in the warehouse.
05. Floor Quality: The working surface must be flat and solid. Remember that logistics equipment exerts high pressure due to its high self-weight.
